Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting independent art and music. Every order means the world to us.

As a small artist-run store, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we’re happy to offer store credit in certain cases.

No Returns or Exchanges

Please note that all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or accidental orders.

If there is an issue with your item (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect), please contact us at jemmaunited@eightmgmt.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your case and may provide store credit where appropriate.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued at our discretion for items that:

- Arrive damaged or incorrect, and

- Are reported within 7 days of delivery.

Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code to use on future purchases.

Shipping & Lost Orders

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking (where available).
If your order does not include tracking, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been lodged with Australia Post.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jemmaunited@eightmgmt.com

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are made to order and help support the creation of the music and merchandise.
By placing a pre-order, you understand that:

- Payment is taken immediately to secure your copy.

- Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to production or shipping delays.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind, as each item is produced specifically for you.
